Cancellation Policy

Tutoring Service Policies 1. Booking & Payment: - All tutoring sessions must be booked for the current week. - Booking opens on Sunday at 12:00pm and closes on Tuesday at 8:00am 2. Cancellation: - Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled session to receive no penalty - Cancellations made within the 8-hr window will cause future online sessions to be denied 3. No Shows & Late Arrivals: - No shows or late arrivals will result in the session being forfeited, and they will not be rescheduled. - If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. 4.
